The Russian side beat Lyngby Vikings in a close final series secure the $40,000 cheque and a spot at the Serbian tournament.
After a month's worth of play, the second Pinnacle Fall Series tournament came to a close with Entropiq coming out on top as one of the teams directly invited to the quarter-finals.
Securing their first tournament victory since Malta Vibes Knockout Series 1 back in August, Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov's squad capitalized on their showing at PGL Major Stockholm, where they impressed with a 9th-11th placing just last week.
Entropiq faced Nemiga, HAVU, and Lyngby Vikings en route to the Pinnacle Fall Series 2 title, brushing aside the Belarussian team with ease at first before coming to grips with much tougher opposition in the Finnish squad and the Danes in three-map series.
With the Fall Series victory, Entropiq have locked in their spot at the $250,000 LAN Sweet LAN tournament, which is set to take place in Belgrade, Serbia, in April 2022.
Five other teams are already confirmed for the event including the likes of Virtus.pro and MOUZ. It's unclear what will happen to the two spots earned by Complexity and FunPlus Phoenix after the two teams disbanded in the past two weeks.
